I really like the rough brushstrokes here. It's a really nice rendition of the champ that, to my knowledge, hasn't been done before. There's a nice implication here of "what if she didn't grow up in a jungle but in the city [of Noxus?], raised not by cougars, but by stray cats". Her clothing especially has this great little detail of being a lot more civilized while still torn to pieces. Feral, yet functional. I love it!
Glad you like it, I usually play her mid or support (just because team won't let me play mid ) though I think she's not very good at support since she had to be stuffed at midgame to be efficient). I don't know shyvana very well but it seems I'll be working on a drawing soon
True, as AP she works great as well, but the big thing is... Your team has to let you poke the enemies down before they engage, and most of the time that's not something that's readily understood, apparently. If you notice a lot of great poke in your comp, go AP to complement that
Bruiserlee is the more universally good build, but it's mind numbingly boring to play.
Actually, that was because Nidalee pre nerf had a better kit for AP because she could outsustain basically everyone with high AP alone. If they tweaked the numbers on her heal a bit, AP would be less of a niche role for her again. I really hate how they nerfed every single number on it (the nerf was justified, mind you, but it feels like a ham-fisted approach and I personally wouldn't have minded an increased cooldown if that meant keeping the AP ratio... More Mana, less base value, half the AP ratio... The armor and MR buff on cougar form were what pushed her into the tanky dps role, ultimately.
